Absolutely. Online sessions provide the same safe, supportive environment as in-person therapy. You can participate from the comfort of your home, without losing connection or progress.
Individual therapy sessions are £85.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and provides a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges.
Couples therapy sessions are £110.
Each session lasts 80 minutes, offering both partners the time and space to work through relationship challenges, improve communication, and deepen understanding.
